Affordable, 3 bedroom, 3 bath (sleeps up to 9). Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress and ¾ bath, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress, full bath in upstairs hall has a new Jacuzzi tub, bedroom #3 has a new single bed with cable tv & built in dvd/vcr player plus a loveseat with a hide a bed.

The main floor of the house includes a formal living room with a large sectional sofa and gas fireplace opening into a dining room with six comfortable chairs. The kitchen is complete with beautiful granite countertops and all appliances to make your home away from home as pleasant as possible. There is a main floor tv room adjoining the kitchen complete with a big screen TV (cable included), vcr/dvd player and stereo with cd player. The new sofa has a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a ¾ bath on the main floor with a separate laundry room complete with washer and dryer.

Additionally there is a main floor office complete with computer and high speed internet access and a printer. There is a separate fax machine. We have an internet vonage phone line for free unlimited long distance calling within the US.

Included is a double car garage attached to the house. There is a courtyard with a patio table and chairs in the front as well as an additional patio with table and chairs in the back complete with a gas barbeque grill for your convenience.

Bonus room downstairs is a home gym with a variety of workout equipment as well as a library of work out videos to play in the small cable tv located in the gym.

For our community, there is a shared pool (open only during the summer) and tennis courts (open all year). There are several small mini parks within our housing development with playground equipment for the kids. There is also a volleyball court next to the swimming pool just a few houses away. Within a couple of blocks there is a major grocery store open 24 hours a day. Within 15 – 20 minutes of the house is Park Meadows Mall with more than 160 stores and restaurants. There are countless restaurants and movie theaters with endless things to do in the Denver Metro area. With access to the internet you can plan your fun easily. We are centrally located affording you with easy access to a variety of things to make your stay pleasurable. It is an easy commute to Downtown Denver, The Denver Tech Center, Denver International Airport, about a 45 minute to 2 hour drive to the most popular of the ski areas including Loveland, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail.
